How does the production process work?

You can choose between the models in our catalogue or you can ask us to produce your own model.
In case you want to produce your own model, you have to provide us with a picture or a sample of the model (it is always preferable to have a sample).
Afterward, the process continues as follows:

1- We send you the colours chart, according to what we have in stock at the moment.
2- You send us your order.
3- We send you the order confirmation, specifying the final price, the required deposit, and the time of delivery. At this point, you have to send us the deposit.
4- We produce a first sample, that we send you together with a measurements chart, so that you can check it and eventually ask for modifications.
5- You send us back the sample with your approval and/or with possible modifications, that you can show on the sample itself or using the measurements chart.
6- We produce the complete order.
7- When the items are ready, we will send you the invoice and we will also ship the gods, once the final payment is done.

● We can provide our services for orders starting from 30 items in 4 colours (for example, 4 colours in 4 sizes, meaning 2 items per size).

● The prices we give are comprehensive of the yarns we use from our stock. We buy stock yarns, that is why they will be cheaper than what other producers would usually ask you (a bit more than half of the normal prices). That is also why you have to choose colours from the colours chart we will send you.
If you prefer to buy yarns directly from specific mills, prices will vary accordingly.

● You have to provide us with your labels and tags, unless you decide to sell products with our brand on.

● If you desire that we produce a personalized model, the creation of a sample is mandatory to understand the time and consumption of our work, therefore the costs. The first sample costs 300,00 Euro. The price includes programme setting and sample making. Once you will confirm the first order, the price payed for the sample will be completely offset.
